From Edam we biked over to the harbour at Volendam.

The next day it was on to Alkmaar as we passed another windmill.

Everything is pretty flat ......

We were there on Friday to take in the Cheese Market.

Back in Bergan the "Nieuwe Haring" had arrived, I couldn't resist. It was delicious!

We left Alkmaar and headed north on the Noord Hollandse Kanaal to Schoorldam
